A significant part of the Ramadan celebration, Sana Sini also offers an iftar package called Ramadan Feast, a buffet spread designed to bring warmth and togetherness. Guests are invited to break their fast with various interesting dishes from international, Indonesian, and Middle Eastern cuisine, where classic flavors blend with a modern touch. “This year, the highlight of the menu during Ramadan is the Indonesian nuance. There are egg martabaks, roasted lamb. The main course with the theme of Padang rice, there is rendang, grilled Padang chicken, gulai Kapau, empal balado, spicy grilled squid,” said Chef Djoko when met at Sana Sini Restaurant on Thursday, February 20, 2025.

Beside Indonesian specialties, guests can also enjoy the tenderness of Lamb Mandi, fragrant Chicken Kofta, various fresh Cold Mezzeh, and a variety of traditional Ta’jil where each dish is a culinary masterpiece. “For dessert, there is Umali, an Arabic specialty dish, Date Cake, Madeleines AU, Creme Caramel, Turkish Delight, and Ras Malai from India. We also have homemade gelato. The special gelato includes date gelato,” added Chef Endang. In addition to the dining experience, live cooking is also provided, where chefs present dishes with skill and creativity. This iftar package is available from March 1-30, 2025, at a price of Rp658,000 per person.

As the time for Eid al-Fitr approaches, Sana Sini also offers an Eid al-Fitr Brunch package, a culinary celebration that honors Indonesia’s rich traditions. Guests can enjoy Eid specialties such as Ketupat, Opor Ayam, and Rendang, as well as special dishes like Roasted Lamb and fresh seafood. This exclusive brunch will be available on April 1 and 2, 2025, at a price of Rp698,000 per person, with an early bird discount of 15 percent until February 23, 2025.
