Febri also stated that the Roadshow Festival Kuliner Tjap Legende is held to open opportunities for micro, small, and medium-sized culinary businesses in Indonesia. Both those that are already famous (legend) and those that are not yet known (non-legend).
The goal is to increase the quality and elevate Nusantara culinary to compete in the fast-growing culinary industry in Indonesia.
The concept of the Roadshow Festival Kuliner Tjap Legende event involves legendary culinary tenants from various regions in Indonesia to introduce authentic Nusantara dishes to event visitors.
“In addition, this event will also feature various interesting activities such as cultural performances, brand activations, and of course more than 40-70 legendary and authentic culinary tenants from all over Indonesia,” Febri said.
“We will also invite visitors to participate in various interactive activities that educate about the richness of Indonesian culinary culture,” he added.
